Intelligent Operations has elected Ivar Rusdal as new Chairman of the Board and Tor-Axel Schwerdt as new board member.
Ivar Rusdal holds a degree as cand. real. from the University in Oslo and has extensive work-experience from finance and banking. He has also experience from international organisations within the media business. Ivar was previously CEO and Chairman in Nordsjø Media, Chairman at Lyse, Dalane Energi and Nordic Edge.
Tor-Axel Schwerdt is a lawyer educated from the University in Bergen and has extensive experience from both industrial businesses and Law firms, among these are Seadrill, Subsea 7, Aker Solutions, Deloitte and KPMG. Tor-Axel is a specialist within the areas of Company Law, M&A, Contracts and work environment.

Anne Vedvik, Stein Fredriksen and Trond R. Ramslie will continue as members of the Board, consisting of 5 persons.
